About the Role

PHE Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a culture of safety and quality on site, as well as maintaining compliance with management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership that encourages Work Health, Safety & Environment throughout site to create a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems in the workplace
  • Undertake regular training needs analysis and manage internal audit programs in consultation with management team
  • Prepare reports, record data, and collect evidence of the site's compliance
  • Provide active management of workers' compensation matters, including rehabilitation, case management and return to work programs
  • Reporting any workers compensation matters to Management
  • Ensure that all people work sensibly, safely and abide to all WHS & Environmental Acts and Regulations
  • Conduct random D&A testing on site
  • Identify health, safety, and environmental non-conformances, conduct investigations and develop solutions for implementation
