Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary package that reflects your experience and qualifications. Our base salary is $120,000 per annum, complemented by a range of benefits including car allowance, laptop, phone, CPD opportunities, bonuses, and a Reward and Recognition Program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering speech pathology services under the NDIS, as well as experience leading others. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including early intervention, literacy, social communication skills, AAC, dysphagia management, and mealtime assessment and food aversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be registered with Speech Pathology Australia and possess a passion for collaboration and making a real difference in the community. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
