">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Payroll | Administration Officer. This is a multifaceted position that will play a pivotal role in both payroll and administration operations.
">The scope of responsibilities includes:
">- Processing weekly and ad hoc pays for approximately 250 team members across 3 payroll systems.">
- Developing and maintaining digital content on social media pages.">
- Assisting the accounts and administration team during leave periods.">
This role offers a broad canvas for you to make a meaningful impact and contribute significantly to our established and thriving team.
">Job Tasks and Responsibilities
">This role involves:
">- Processing of weekly pays.">
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, awards, and legislation.">
- Attending to payroll queries and system discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.">
- Collaborating with HR & Operations to ensure smooth processing of payroll activities.">
- Developing our social media presence and maintaining digital content.">
- Assisting with system and process improvement activities associated with business development.">
Skills and Experience Required
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Previous experience in a similar capacity.">
- A Certificate in Accounting or related field (an advantage).">
- Proficient knowledge of payroll systems and processes (MYOB, Employment Hero, and Xero an advantage).">
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance relating to taxation, superannuation, and employee benefits.">
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.">
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.">
- A flexible and collaborative approach.">
