Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administration tasks, and supporting the Sales, Service, and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, including incoming phone calls, visitors, and customer enquiries
  • Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations
  • Administer purchase orders and reconcile monthly invoices onsite
  • Create and maintain customer and sales documents and reports
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Perform general office administration tasks

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in a similar administration role, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
