Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control standards and procedures.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing exceptional patient care and support.
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining a smooth-running practice.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience working in a dental practice in Australia.
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, and you will be compensated accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and patient care.
  • Organised with attention to detail, and able to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
