Responsibilities- Lead a team of rehabilitation counsellors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the team.
- Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC membership) or Registered Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
