We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Business Development Partner to join our team at Bega Group.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our site leadership and management team to improve safety performance and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing safety performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with line managers to ensure thorough risk assessments are performed.

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Safety, or extensive relevant experience, and in-depth practical knowledge of Australian occupational health and safety management systems, standards, and legislation. They will also possess effective time management and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships and instil trust with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement safety strategies
  • Monitor and analyse safety performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks and risks to employee well-being
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure thorough risk assessments are performed
About You
