About the RoleWe are seeking a charismatic sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming store environment that showcases our extensive range of luxurious furniture pieces.
Main Responsibilities:- Create a personalized shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional product knowledge and offering tailored solutions to their furnishing needs
- Foster strong relationships with customers through follow-up on inquiries and consistent communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end or hard-sell retail environments. Your previous sales experience, particularly in selling furniture or high-value items, will serve as a valuable asset. You must be comfortable working most weekends and maintain immaculate personal presentation and communication skills in line with our brand's high-end image.
