We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated sales professional to join our team based in Australia/New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet customer education and in-service requirements
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by our products; appraise current and planned customer needs, advising on the application of company products and services to customer requirements
- Conduct education and case support within Cardiac, Vascular & Radiology Catheterisation Labs & associated wards and personnel
- Prior experience selling vascular devices is ideal, and medical device selling is highly advantageous
- Degree level preferred in a science discipline or equivalent
- Proven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex solution-selling environment
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer-focused and empathetic
- Ability to quickly absorb clinical information

In order to be eligible to work for Abbott in Australia or New Zealand, you must hold current working rights with no restrictions.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
