About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at our organisation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

  • You will deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • You will provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care, embodying a person-centred approach that recognises and promotes the individual's unique goals and preferences.
  • You will participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities, contributing to the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and advocacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork, and standard of care.
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
  • A track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team, and provide clarity and direction.
  • Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.
