Job Title: Full Stack Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Development Expert to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis. This role involves building and maintaining large-scale products using web-based languages and frameworks.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of software engineers to enhance the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
  • Develop robust application code that meets technical requirements, adhering to best practices in software development and code quality.
  • Contribute to generating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and estimates as part of Agile or iterative development methodologies.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote secure coding practices, including OWASP guidelines, to ensure the security of our software solutions.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • No less than 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale products using Node, TypeScript, React, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and experience implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and provide guidance to team members when needed.
