Audit Senior Role Overview

This senior audit position requires a skilled professional to lead and complete complex audit assignments, manage multiple projects concurrently, and stay up-to-date with evolving audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and finalize comprehensive audit plans
  • Implement new audit procedures effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in audits, engagements, litigation, and ethics
  • Support team performance and act as a key liaison with clients

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in external auditing within a reputable accountancy firm, recently completed or near completion of their accountancy qualification (CA preferred), and relevant technical and professional skills.

Additionally, they will have good knowledge of Australian corporate reporting requirements, Microsoft Office Suite, APS, and audit software (Caseware preferred), as well as strong communication and time management abilities.
