We are currently recruiting a Manager of People and Culture to join our Offshore & Remote portfolio in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and business partnering to our leadership function and operational teams, shaping and delivering organizational people plans to ensure the attraction, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement talent strategies that foster employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
- Provide leadership on strategic workforce planning to stabilize current and future workforce requirements.
- Leverage HR systems, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Engage with the broader people leadership team to develop and execute HR initiatives, strategies, and tools that enhance employee engagement, retention, diversity, and inclusion.
