About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, and budget control. Your technical understanding of IT infrastructure and experience with project management methodologies will enable you to drive results-oriented projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review project hours logged against budgeted hours, documenting project issues, risks, and actions in project documentation.
- Support Consultants in adhering to the Brennan Project Framework, ensuring accurate process execution and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales & Consultants to develop internal and external project plans for successful delivery.
- Work closely with Consultants and customers to create project schedules and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project teams receive essential project information, facilitating their success.
- Adhere to Change Management policy, capturing out-of-scope works and liaising with project teams to document changes and cost updates.
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking and reporting tools, providing real-time visibility.
- Execute the Project Proposal Review process for assigned pre-sales proposals.
To Succeed:
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management acumen. You should possess:
- Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure or Microsoft Product Suite (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Autonomy in managing day-to-day client and project issues.
- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Professional Services or IT Consulting, Management experience.
- Background in an outsourced or IT Project Delivery environment.
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive remuneration package, including:
$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
