We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring they reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity for an Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children, and designing age-appropriate programs that cater to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Collaborate with other Educators to design and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights
