We are seeking talented graduates who have completed a tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar field, to join our dynamic team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate

The first year of the program will involve working closely with experienced engineers and operational leaders at our flagship cement manufacturing site, where you will be responsible for

  • conducting plant testing and assessing engineering checks
  • analyzing and interpreting results and data
  • identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions

In your second year, you will have the opportunity to work on new low-carbon products that support our commitment to sustainability and contribute to driving environmental efficiencies. You will also be responsible for plant upgrades and modifications, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
