Project Overview

We are seeking a seasoned electrical engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical services across multiple building projects. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, engage with clients, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for various building projects.
  • Manage client relationships, attend project meetings, and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with 5–12 years' experience in building services consultancy.
  • Proven track record of leading electrical services design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across disciplines.
  • Commercially astute, with a passion for contributing to business growth.
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or working towards this prestigious designation.
