Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Delivery Associate to join our team in Glen Iris. This key role involves the safe and efficient delivery of equipment to and from customers' sites daily.

About the Role:

This position is based in our Glen Iris yard and requires you to deliver equipment to customers' sites, provide instruction/demonstrations on safe use, perform basic vehicle care, and build relationships with customers.

You will also be responsible for completing accurate delivery/collection tickets, assisting with customer service, and yard maintenance as required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver equipment to and from customers' sites safely and efficiently
  2. Provide instruction/demonstrations on safe use of equipment
  3. Perform basic vehicle care, including cleaning and minor repairs
  4. Build relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Complete accurate delivery/collection tickets using provided software
  6. Assist with customer service and yard maintenance as required

Requirements:

  • A current valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
