Fleet Allocator

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our Same Day Operations team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet resources to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient completion of all Same Day jobs.

This role requires a strong focus on service excellence and providing customers with a consistently positive experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service excellence and drive growth.

• Manage all transport allocation and costs in line with operational requirements, maintaining a high level of productivity in all operations areas.
• Work with our Same Day Co-ordinators and Same Day drivers to achieve the best possible outcomes in regard to meeting tight service deadlines.
• Ensure calls, enquiries, and emails are actioned and responded to in a timely manner to enhance the customer experience.
• Track resources, communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with the identification, investigation, and remedying of operational and service issues specific to the Same Day service offering.
• Use tools, resources, applications, and systems to ensure all necessary information is captured and shared as required.

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of metropolitan Sydney.
• Experience in fleet allocation.
• Experience in face-paced operations.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S Legislative and Regulatory requirements.
