We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated REHABILITATION CONSULTANT - OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their goals and regain independence.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, family members, and funding bodies to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans. You will be responsible for undertaking occupational therapy assessments, designing and implementing intervention programs, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Empower individuals to achieve their goals and regain independence through effective rehabilitation planning and implementation.
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Liaise with clients, family members, and funding bodies to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
