Holistic Health and Wellbeing Specialist | South East Sydney

About the Role:
Location: This role is based in the South East Sydney region and is open to both full-time and part-time hours with flexible working arrangements and the option to work from home.

Key Responsibilities: As a Health and Well-Living Consultant, you will assist in the development of a holistic support plan that incorporates preventative and re-ablement strategies for our clients, as well as deliver discipline-specific interventions to engage and empower our clients.
About You: We are seeking a qualified Allied Health Professional with a degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, and current AHPRA registration. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in community aged care services, including experience with multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to operate autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
