**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our cafe staff. As a cafe all-rounder or kitchen hand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, and working collaboratively with your team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to think on their feet, and work effectively under pressure during busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
