About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the driving force behind our office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding, compliance management, and database administration
  • Coordinate team meetings and events, and prepare marketing materials and presentations
  • Upload properties to the internet, write ads, and schedule OFI times
  • Book print media advertising and compile marketing brochures
  • Manage social media and work closely with the Principal and other leaders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
