Awards-winning bakery/cafe seeks experienced Restaurant / Cafe Managers to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff training and supervision, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Key responsibilities include ensuring food safety procedures are strictly adhered to, working closely with management to meet revenue objectives, and implementing strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining safe working conditions, following company policies and procedures, auditing inventory levels, managing restaurant image, controlling operational costs, and promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.

Required qualifications include experience in the restaurant industry, ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, exceptional organisation and leadership skills, dependability, and reliability.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to embody our values of quality, respect, and providing a fun experience for our customers.

Applicants must currently reside in Australia and hold current working rights. Job types include full-time and permanent positions.
