Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at Strike Bowling Eastland Casuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a memorable experience for our guests
  • Host a range of functions, including hen's / buck's parties, kid's birthdays and corporate events
  • Work in our phenomenal bar serving creative cocktails and delicious delights
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and its operations

Requirements
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity and a passion for fun
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA or keenness to get one
