About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Education Support Assistant to join our team at Acknowledge Education. In this key support role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks to ensure seamless student experiences, from enrollment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, responding to their enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Supporting the Reception team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and maintenance
  • Ensuring accurate enrollments into units, results publication, and monitoring of student progress
  • Contributing to Welcome Day, Orientation Day, and Graduation Services to create a warm and supportive environment for students
  • Maintaining accurate records and data on student platforms to inform decision-making
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, and external partners
  • Strong administrative skills, including data management and analysis
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service skills to deliver a positive experience for students
