At Savers Australia, we're on a mission to Champion Reuse. As a Books Production Team Member, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

You'll be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing products for our retail floor. A typical day might include:

  • Receiving and sorting donations to ensure they're ready for sale
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, providing excellent service and sharing the Savers story
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product to make it ready for our retail floor
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets and support our safety culture

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • A team player mindset, with a passion for working collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, or hospitality
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
  • A willingness to learn and adapt, with a growth mindset
