Work in a dynamic regional setting

We offer an opportunity to provide person-centred care to our residents and work collaboratively with the consumer, Lifestyle Assistant, Facility Manager and Clinical Manager to develop and implement unit-based activities.

The successful candidate will ensure each consumer has an individual lifestyle plan formulated with consumer/relative consultation that is reviewed and evaluated in line with the Unit's documentation protocol.

">Key Skills and Qualifications:">

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, staff and family members. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A relevant qualification in a health-related field or experience in a related role would be highly regarded.
