IPD Australia is a leading manufacturer and distributor of electrical switchgear, industrial control, cable accessories, enclosures, lighting, electric vehicle, and energy management products & solutions.

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our successful team based in Eastern Creek or Wetherill Park, NSW. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Completing and processing of all DC covering -inventory forms, Sales order picking slips, work orders, manual documents, assembly Orders, Kit lists, requisitions on a daily basis or as required.
  • Goods Inwards: Ensuring Goods inwards shipments are handled correctly as per goods receivable routines.
  • Housekeeping: Continuous high standard of housekeeping of all areas.
  • Inventory Integrity: Ensuring the integrity of all inventory paperwork
  • Picking and Packing: Responsible for daily picking /packing/stock put away, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all customer orders/picking slips at the National Warehouse Centre.
  • Forklift Operation: You must have a forklift licence.

About You:

  • You must be physically capable of completing manual handling tasks on a continual basis.
  • Previous experience in picking & packing experience in high volume environment would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift with a current forklift licence.
  • You should have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in Australia.
  • You must be double vaccinated for COVID19.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
