About the Job

This role supports our national growth by developing and implementing safety management systems, policies, and procedures for clients.

You will work with our Risk Advisory Team to provide risk solutions and navigate challenges, changes, and opportunities across various sectors, including government and private industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of safety management systems, policies, and procedures for clients
  • Conduct WHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments for clients to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver training programs and engage clients in fostering a strong safety culture
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on safety and risk management
  • Build and develop a team of WHS specialists

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent
  • Auditing qualifications and/or experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 45003
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health and safety, occupational hygiene, engineering, environmental, or health sciences
  • Strong demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Highly developed communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
