The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a safety-focused leader. You should have a proven track record as an Account or Branch Manager, with experience in people management, conflict resolution, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Background in the steel, building materials, or construction sectors.
  • Experience in Branch Management or a senior Key Account Management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full P&L management.
  • Proven experience in driving change and continuous improvement.
