As a facilitator of joy, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for kids and families across Perth. Our team of passionate professionals delivers top-notch entertainment at various events, from birthday parties to corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with children through games, activities, and entertainment that bring smiles to their faces.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during the event by maintaining a secure environment.
  • Coordinate with parents and caregivers to meet their needs and expectations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Set up and clean up party areas before and after events, ensuring they are sparkling clean and ready for the next occasion.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and energetic atmosphere at all times, making sure everyone has an amazing time.
  • Provide unparalleled support to both children and their families, making them feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for entertaining and engaging with children in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • No prior entertainment experience necessary; we're looking for people with a natural flair and a knack for making memories.
  • A talent for face painting or balloon twisting is highly desirable but not essential.
