About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Environmental Services Assistant to join our team at Healthscope. As an Environmental Services Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Operate in accordance with infection control standards and WHS policy and procedures to minimize the risk of infection and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, clients, and patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in hospital or hotel cleaning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff, clients, and patients.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
