We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Thornton. As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

About the Role

As an Educator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of children aged six weeks to school age
  • Creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Working collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning programs and achieve excellent outcomes
  • Providing exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
