Customer Care Officer - Home and Community Aged Care

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Officer to join our Home and Community Services team in Hunters Hill, NSW.

The Customer Care Officer will be the first point of contact for our In-Home Service clients, providing a superior customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Aged Care Services or a similar field, with strong planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and active listening skills.

As a Customer Care Officer, you will work collaboratively with a large team to ensure clients receive accurate and timely responses, and will be responsible for handling billing enquiries, transport requests, escalations, client feedback, and complaint management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to In-Home Service clients
  • Handle billing enquiries, transport requests, escalations, client feedback, and complaint management

  • Use effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in Aged Care Services or a similar field
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and active listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a large team
  • Competent computer literacy with PC-based applications
