Lead Hair Stylist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hair stylist to join our team in a leading role.

This is an excellent chance for a talented individual to take on new challenges, develop their skills and contribute to the success of our salon.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering high-quality hairstyles and building strong relationships with clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with a loyal client base, gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced stylists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Deliver high-quality hairstyles and maintain a high level of technical skill
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years post-apprenticeship experience as a senior stylist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with modern salon software and systems
  • A Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
