Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our hearing clinic in Tuart Hill, WA. As a key member of our business, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience: Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Operational Management: Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Software and Application Training: Learn and competently use a range of software and applications

Requirements

  • Passion for Client Service: A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Communication and Listening Skills: Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience and Motivation: Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

  • Interest in Hearing Care: An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service/admin
