About the Role

Ventia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Services Supervisor to join our team at Robertson Barracks in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our Domestic Services Team, you will be responsible for driving the success of a high-volume team responsible for delivering cleaning services to various facilities on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and Ventia's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading operations
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning safety practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Valid Australian Driving Licence
  • Australian Police Check
