Wedding Dress Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled and fashion-forward Wedding Dress Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build relationships with brides, provide exceptional customer service, and help them find their dream wedding dress.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Wedding Dress Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to brides on selecting the perfect wedding dress, assisting with alterations and fittings, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest bridal trends and designers, and to participate in visual merchandising and store displays. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their party members
  • Select and recommend wedding dresses based on individual style and preferences
  • Assist with alterations and fittings to ensure a perfect fit
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bridal trends and designers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in bridal sales or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and designers
