Job Title:

A key role exists within a dynamic team responsible for coordinating and scheduling asset inspections. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing work schedules, managing strategies to deliver inspection cycles, and ensuring effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To schedule and coordinate planned inspections of assets within the designated region.
  • Develop and manage work schedules and strategies to deliver inspection cycles, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as required.
  • Monitor progress of programs of work and ensure effective delivery through regular reporting and communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to arrange access for inspectors and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Act as key point of contact for asset inspectors and team leaders, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coordinating work program packages for field execution is essential.
  • Construction industry white card, first aid training certificate, and chemical handling certificate are mandatory requirements.
  • Good understanding of electrical distribution systems is necessary for this role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential for documentation and reporting.
  • Understanding and ability to use SAP and Click software is necessary for seamless integration.
  • Diploma of ESI - Power Systems is advantageous but not essential.
