Draftsman - Technical Illustrator

About the Role

As a key member of our team at Agribusiness Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Draftsman - Technical Illustrator to join our engineering department. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be accountable for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by our engineering team, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques.
• Ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other professionals to determine project requirements and provide input on design and functionality, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
• Revise and update drawings as necessary to reflect changes in specifications or design requirements, adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings, staying up-to-date on industry trends, software, and technology advancements to improve job performance and efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory updates to maintain expertise and contribute to the growth and success of our engineering team.
• Adhere to and promote all company core processes, policies, and values, upholding a culture of excellence and professionalism.
