Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to deliver therapeutic care and implement best practice interventions.
- Support young people in their daily lives, including managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy relationships and boundaries.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritize the best interests of the young person.
- Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
