Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate duties to kitchen employees to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead by example, setting a positive tone for the team and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu preparation and inventory management.
  • Liaise with restaurant team members to ensure menu availability and make timely adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cost control, and stock rotation.
  • Work closely with apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and maintain mise en place as required.
  • Ensure all working areas are clean and tidy, and equipment is well-maintained.
  • Assist with roster planning and ensure suitable employee levels are maintained.
  • Report any issues to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Chef, with a true passion for food and creative flair.
  • Knowledge of French cuisine is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
