Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rosters to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Oversee overall store operations, including sushi-making and customer service management.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must have a valid Tax File Number (TFN).
  • Experience in sushi making or minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
