Digital Media Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various channels.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of online ad serving concepts and platforms, as well as experience in buying media through social media platforms, direct IOs, DSPs, or in-house trading desks.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, buy, and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns to promote the value of La Trobe University to various audiences.
  • Liaise with media owners to develop a good understanding of product suites and media trends.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in marketing, advertising, or similar with subsequent relevant experience (minimum 3 years) within a digital media planning/buying role.
  • Demonstrated experience buying media through social media platforms, direct IOs, DSPs, or in-house trading desks.
  • Thorough understanding of online ad serving concepts and platforms.
  • Proven analytical capability and ability to interpret relevant data sources to build insightful data-driven optimizations.
