The Role: Performance & Capability Manager
- Develop frameworks for effective performance management, keeping leaders accountable (goals, feedback, reviews, PIPs).
- Automate and streamline People Ops processes, leveraging best-in-class technology.
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, utilizing high-volume and strategic hiring playbooks.
- Embed rituals that foster a positive culture, conduct eNPS surveys, and ensure leader accountability.
- Ensure prompt and fair ER & Compliance resolutions.
- Analyze data and insights to inform informed decisions.
What You'll Need:
- A driven, results-oriented leader with 5+ years of experience in People & Culture/People Ops leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and systems.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and compliance expertise.
- Talent acquisition system experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring.
- HRIS automation capability, preferably with cloud-based platforms.
- Data literacy, including dashboard development and workforce insights analysis.
