The Role: Performance & Capability Manager

  • Develop frameworks for effective performance management, keeping leaders accountable (goals, feedback, reviews, PIPs).
  • Automate and streamline People Ops processes, leveraging best-in-class technology.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, utilizing high-volume and strategic hiring playbooks.
  • Embed rituals that foster a positive culture, conduct eNPS surveys, and ensure leader accountability.
  • Ensure prompt and fair ER & Compliance resolutions.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform informed decisions.

What You'll Need:

  • A driven, results-oriented leader with 5+ years of experience in People & Culture/People Ops leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and systems.
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and compliance expertise.
  • Talent acquisition system experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring.
  • HRIS automation capability, preferably with cloud-based platforms.
  • Data literacy, including dashboard development and workforce insights analysis.
