Rehabilitation Specialist

Your Role:
- Utilize your expertise to help individuals return to meaningful employment.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Support clients in identifying future employment or training options.
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
