Job Title:

Rehabilitation Specialist

Konekt is one of the largest rehabilitation and workplace health providers in Australia. Our team of allied health professionals deliver services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle.

Your Role:

  • Utilize your expertise to help individuals return to meaningful employment.
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Support clients in identifying future employment or training options.
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
