Job Title: Express Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest service Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in connecting guests with various departments, ensuring seamless experiences for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with guest enquiries and direct internal and external phone calls
  • Process food and beverage orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system
  • Create guest moments and follow up with guests to ensure their requests are resolved to satisfaction
  • Maintain guest accounts, take reservations when required, and check-in/check-out of hotel guests if necessary
  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever interacting with the Front Office Department
Requirements:
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and software packages
  • Proficient in OPERA Software or similar
  • Passion for delivering energetic customer service
  • Positive attitude and electric personality
  • Articulate and confident in English language
  • Ability to smile on the phone
  • Passionate about a career in hospitality management
