Marketing Strategist for Growth

As a Brand Manager, you will drive brand performance across ANZ to achieve business KPIs.

This role involves owning, developing, and implementing strong 3-year brand plans for Australia and New Zealand that build brand equity and unlock long-term category and brand growth.

You will develop and implement strong 3–5 year innovation plans (Masterplans) for ANZ, leveraging the global innovation pipeline and local R&D capacities to unlock category and brand growth opportunities and deliver to consumer needs.

Building a deep understanding of macro, category, and consumer trends & insights is essential to drive innovative strategies and plans for long-term brand growth.

You must demonstrate an innovative mindset in leading the development and implementation of compelling communication strategies and plans that maximise budgets and deliver to brand objectives.

A deep understanding of media trends, insights, and principles is required to achieve innovative go-to-market plans and maximise brand investment.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as proven success in managing brands for performance.

A passion for brands and a consumer-centric mindset that puts the consumer at the heart is essential.

Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills are also required, along with proven financial and analytical skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of three+ years' marketing experience, ideally in FMCG.

Your expertise includes driving brand performance, managing brands for performance, and developing and implementing innovative strategies and plans.
