Product Owner Role Overview

We support over 23,000 healthcare professionals and 80% of Australian hospitals with our online content and information resource tools. This enables us to support over 80 million moments of patient care every year.

The Product Owner acts as the interface between stakeholders, the Technology Team, and the Product & Design Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping product deliverables and ensuring team accountability for delivery.
  • Providing support throughout the Product Development Process and acting as an ambassador for product delivery within the Technology Team.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and the Product & Design Team to define user stories.

Requirements also include promoting team collaboration, driving quality-led best practices, and helping team members succeed and grow through coaching, mentoring, and support.

Desired skills and qualifications include effective coordination of cross-functional stakeholder conversations, including conflict resolution, and ability to manage high-calibre people and stakeholders.
